Shipping Policy – Wire Wings

At Wire Wings, each order is handled with care and shipped as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, price, and deliver orders.

 

1. Processing Times

Merch Orders (Apparel, Stickers, Prints): Usually ship within 5–7 business days after payment.

Custom Commissions: Processing times vary and will be discussed with you before purchase. Shipping occurs after the artwork is completed and approved. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

 

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on cost and speed. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on its way.

 

3. Shipping Rates

 

We keep shipping costs fair and transparent: Flat Rate Shipping (U.S.): $5–$7 per order (based on weight).

 

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free U.S. shipping.

 

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination. (Custom fees/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.)

 

4. Delivery Times (After Shipment)

 

U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days, depending on carrier. International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on location. Delays due to customs or postal issues are outside of our control.

 

5. Damaged or Lost Packages your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement. Wire Wings is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered.”
