3. Shipping & Delivery

 

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Delivery times vary by location and shipping carrier. Wire Wings is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors . Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.

 

4. Refunds & Returns Refunds and returns follow our Refund Policy (linked separately).Art commissions are non-refundable once work has started. Merchandise refunds are only available if the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

 

5. Commissions & Custom Work

 

A deposit may be required before starting a custom commission. Once work begins, payments are non-refundable. Revisions are limited to what is agreed upon during the commission process. Final artwork remains the intellectual property of Wire Wings unless otherwise agreed; you receive rights for personal use, not resale.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All designs, artwork, and products created by Wire Wings are original works. Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any product or design without permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

Wire Wings is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or website. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service on the website, though we strive to maintain accessibility.
